No longer receiving text notifications from Public

Hi!

For a few weeks now, I've no longer been receiving notifications from Public about how much of my monthly data I am using (as in the % I've gone through). Has this happened to anyone else? How can it be resolved?

I'm with you...haven't rec'd any warning notice for some time now. I haven't blocked meesages either.

No warning rec'd as of today so far.

I have not receive SMS from PM regarding payments since Jan 2023.

I do get 'thank you' for payment, though. It will be nice to receive how much credit I have...

@hannahlpp112682   yes, the text still coming as far as I know.  There was another post earlier today about the text he got

any chance you blocked PM's text?  you receive other PM's text lately?
