Not getting 4G speed.

I am not getting the 4G speeds on data ever.  I am a newer customer but this is now my second month.  Much more than the 48 hours as suggested in other posts.  How do I fix?

You actually have a good speed.  Yes, many phone display LTE instead of 4G, depends on the make and OS

Whether you have a 3G or 4G plan has no effect on the type of network that your device connects to.

HI @denawes007   if it is new account, you should get the 4G speed immediately

 

What phone do you have? 

and you tested the sim card in different phone?

@denawes007   what speed are you getting, do you run any speed test?

 

download from here and tell us what speed you gettting

and  check your Preferred network and network type , make sure it is 4G or Automatic
