No incoming calls / texts

I'm currently in the UK but there are no calls or texts coming to my Public mobile.

I have paid for an add on for 1000 mins for the UK, but still no joy.

Can anyone help please? Thanks

for public mobile offer only for USA roaming 10 day package,
you paid for an add-on for 1000 mins for the UK, to you make call from canada to UK, is not from UK to canada is there no service,

you can use a app Textme or Talkatone, and you will getting new canadian number for Free from app,to make a call from UK to canada,

Unfortunately, nothing you can do with your PM account.  You can save the long distance calling add on for future use (no expiry date). 

You can purchase a UK SIM card/plan and use if you need some cell service.  Cheaper overall.  However you will not be able to use your PM Canadian number.

Unfortunately, your PM plan will not work in the UK.  PM does not offer international roaming except for USA (need to purchase 10 day roaming package)

Your add on that you purchased was for long distance calling from Canada to UK.
