Hi! My name is Harman.I have ported my number to Public mobile from Freedeom two weeks ago.I am able to make calls but unfortunately I am not able to receive any calls or messgaes till now. Can somebody helped with it , I have submitted a ticket two days ago but nothing has improved and please note that I don't owe any money to Freedom.

@PREETSINGH921 - if you already submitted a ticket 2 days ago, then go back to your INBOX to find your SENT messages. Then find the ticket you submitted and respond to it to ask for an update asap.

One thing you might want to do is power off your phone and leave it off for about an hour. Then turn it back on and test it. I had to do that same thing in order to get data working. Also in your phone, go to settings and make sure the sim card / settings etc. are all set to "default" and not hard-set to 4G etc. Not sure if any of this helps, but hoping it helps someone.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

I am having the same issue. It’s garbage I don’t know how to fix it and the company is too cheap to have phone support…
