I am trying to call my roommate. He is on PM as well. I get an error when i try to call him saying that I do not have US roaming credits. I cannot call him. I can call elsewhere.

One thing you might want to do is power off your phone and leave it off for about an hour. Then turn it back on and test it. I had to do that same thing in order to get data working. Also in your phone, go to settings and make sure the sim card / set...
