It's a weekend. If you are going landline to mobile it will take a few business days for it to complete. Mobile to Mobile is quicker. Your old service should still be receiving incoming calls and still be fully working until the port is complete. Odds are high the issue isn't on PM's side so the Mod team won't likely be able to help much. It's likely your former service provider dragging its heels on releasing your number. You could try reaching out to them.
