I submitted 3 service tickets and four private messages for unssuccesful porting, but got no single response so far after more than 6 days. I don't know what to do.
send them all your info (phone number, old account name, old account number, sim card number possibly) in a private message and title it Porting issue day 6, please help.

Sorry to hear that you have no service for a couple of days. Could you message @Shazia_K, @Mary_M, @Saray_O or @Caroline_D in private? One will look into the issue for you asap. Be patient....
