I ported my number from Rogers. Sim card installed. Using just cellular service, no data, I can make calls and send SMS text but cannot recieve calls or sms texts... Therefore cannot fully confirm account. using iphone 12

Allow me to ask a few questions so we know how to help you best.
1. Did you get a Port Request text from Rogers? If so, did you say YES? If not, we can send a number to call to assist with the port. You will be required to re insert the Rogers SIM card though.
2. If you did say YES to the port, if your Rogers SIM card is in the phone, does it still have service?
3. If the SIM doesn't have service, have you tried the PM SIM card in a different phone?

Sometimes it can take a few hours for the porting to complete. Did you accept the text sent to the number while it was still on Rogers? If not, you may want to put the old SIM back in your phone and accept that right away!
