I just got this plan. And I haven't put money on it before. The lady at Walmart did it. Now I need to pay for it. And I can't sign in. So I tried to change my password. And I filled out the question correctly and it said email sent.but I haven't received any emails.

The community account is different so you did right there. The Walmart rep already set up a self serve account for you, but should have asked you for a password. Did you tell her a password you would like to use? Your email address IS already registered. The Walmart rep would have registered it while setting up your account.

i got the SIM card there and she set it up on her computer. I tried registering my account but it said my email was already registered. so i tried logging in again and it said my password was wrong. I made a username for the community but its not the same as the account. It was a little confusing.

Maybe you can explain your situation further. Did you activate at Walmart or just buy your SIM card? If you activated at Walmart, you would have gotten free SIM Card and had to pay for the first month of service. If you got a new number, it should be active. If you ported in another number from a different company, it can take a few hours to complete.
When you get home, you need to register for your self service account which requires your email address (which you would have given at registration) and public mobile phone number. Follow the instructions.

The password reset does not work
I don't understand the part about you haven't paid for it. You pay during activation. So if your plan was activated at Walmart, then there was a payment made. You said you just got the plan, so first payment is made.
