My husband and i have been having trouble with cellular data. I have an iphone and he has an andriod. Yesterday we both could not get on the internet or use any aps. And the same this is happening today. Turned off and on airplane mode as well as the cellular data. Works for a few minutes and then cuts out.
Any ideas????

I had this issue today. I couldnt get any help. I didnt restart my phone but I toggled basically all my data related settings (VoLTE eSIM) (not roaming lol) , I toggled my physicalSIM card on and off. Same with airplane mode I also changed my acces point to manual, then back to auto. Im not sure which of these did the trick or if you phone has these same options but whatever I did there worked and seems to still be working... (5-10 mins ago now)
I hope this helps...I have had a heck of a time trying to get anywhere with this today myself.

there seems to be problem with Mobile data in some area. Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

So out of nowhere, the lte service keeps stopping out of nowhere, not even a no signal icon, just nothing...
Samsung A53 5G, same 4g plan for a couple of years.
Restarted the phone a bunch of time didn't work, I have to manually switch to 5G network (yet my plan is 4G, and if I switch back, LTE seems to stay for a few minutes and quits working again)
My phone doesn't seem to have any issues
Any idea what's happening? Thank you all

For some reason my data isn’t working I have minutes with data on my plan I haven’t used all my data not even close but for some reason I have no data just cell service

My account is active and I have plenty of data available. I’ve restarted the phone multiple times and toggled airplane mode. Data and messaging is only working when I have wifi coverage. Same is happening to my husbands phone.

Sadly, they haven't made any sort of announcement regarding this issue, which is pretty bad after 48 hours. Many customers, including myself and my wife, are still experiencing issues.

Many complaints about data in the last day or so. Happening in Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. Public mobile is aware and trying to figure out a fix.
For some customers, the data just started to work by itself. You can try rebooting your phone ever 1-2 hours. Network reset of phone may help also. Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
