I've got data left on my add-ons. Yet I can't use the internet. My phone is asking me to sign into public mobile. I am traveling in a different province.
It doesn't matter which browser or app that I'm using. No data. When I connect my phone to Wi-Fi, the logo for my LTE shows as connected.
Is this a problem with my SIM card?

@sayacintanasi - if you are travelling within Canada where coverage is available, and you have data left showing in your My Account:
then data should be available to you.
Try 1 or more of the below:

@sayacintanasi Can you login to My Account using Incognito mode and check the data again? after it is loaded, click Refresh once to make sure it is giving the correct usage
The message you got usually is about you used up all the data.
You need to check on your device if you used that much. If you are on Android, you can check it from Mobile Data usage page, just need to change the cycle start date on that page on your device to match your PM Cycle start date
