No calls incoming and outgoing

my incoming and outgoing calls are not working. Data and text messages are working only. This was also happened last month also.

Go to config- connexion - mobile network - network operators and let me know what it's

try this...enable Airplane mode for a moment...then disable it. See if that might help.
