im on day 3 of messaging cs_agent with no response? Is there any issues with agents or has anyone had luck?

I’m locked out of my account due to a broken phone. I private messaged them.

did you message them or used Chatbot to open ticket? The Chatbot is having issue now, so message is the way to go
