Trouble with app login.

When I try logging Into the app, the verification screen comes on for 1 second and then immediately goes back to the login screen. A friend was successfully able to login to their account from my device... Does anyone know what the problem might be?

The above doesn't apply as the customer already stated that at the time of the issue, logging into another account worked.
