HI @Bubz You can open ticket with CS Agent and have them to lookup the email address you used and reset the password for you as well
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You can try this:
At My Account's Forgot Password, https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
put any email address you could have used and see which one work and get you to step 2
If none of them work, open ticket with PM Support

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
