At My Account's Forgot Password, https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
you can try to put any email address you could have used and see which one work and get you to step 2
If none of them work, open ticket with PM Support

Contact agent since creating a ticket is not working well.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
