I don't understand why I can't log with my credentials when I open a ticket. That keep saying that an error in my credentials but there not I can log in my account and the community portal just fine.. the problem that I'm facing is that I renew my plan for 4 g speed like 5 or 6 day ago but receive the same 4g (LTE) trotled to 3 mbps I already wait the 48 h period restart my phone multiple time my son is spot on and what not . I paid for a service that I don't have for 5 day now what I can do ?

Yes, it should be just 48 hours delay for the new speed, not 4 to 8 days. LoL
I understand you have trouble opening ticket Try using 4 digits pin in the last step when they ask you to validate the identity
