Hi,
I don’t have access on my email add to get the code to access my account.

Just for further completeness...you can also use the real time payments method in some stores to reactivate. You can even log in to your account via the chatbot and make payments from your registered (valid?) card or use vouchers too.

If your account is currently suspended and you were trying to make a payment you can do so through 611 using the credit card on file if you know your four digit account pin number. If you don't know your four digit account pin number you can also pay using a public mobile payment voucher.
Once you reactivate your service you can then receive the SMS verification code on your phone. Login and disable 2FA verification in your profile. You can then change your self-serve account email by contacting customer support as directed in the previous posts. Here is information on alternative payment options....

@Lovely0530 if you need to change the email to one you have access, please open a ticket with PM support. Use the "Forgot Logon Information " type of ticket
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Are you able to receive the code by SMS?
As for changing the e-mail address on your Public Mobile account, please open a ticket by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and inside the chatbot, type "change self serve e-mail address".
