No SSM texts and iMessages coming from my email

My iPhone 13 and I registered for eSIM. And now I only get IMessages from my email. What do I do? I restarted and restarted the network. Keeps saying it is verifying my phone # when I try to change it

This is a suggestion from someone that I have copied and pasted from another thread posted by someone who was having the same problem. The procedure worked for them.

Turn iMessage off and turn FaceTime off. Power phone down (off) wait a minute, reboot phone and turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.”

I have the same problem, be prepared to wait. I sent in a ticket on Sunday and have not heard any back.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?

if SMS, probably a problem with activation.  Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
