I submitted a ticket two days ago to request a follow-up, but I haven’t been contacted by any staff yet. What can i do?

Sorry to hear about the long delays. As an existing client, I've never seen anything like this. The customer service requests are higher than Boxing day and Black Friday due to this incredible 50% promotion. The downside of such a great deal is that there are massive delays in response times from Customer service. Hang in there and keep monitoring your message inbox.

@ritawongca Nothing can do but wait unfortunately support times are horrible this last few days due to higher then expect volume with new activation issues , but since you
