sent 3 messages to cs_agent over last 2 days, but untill now there's no resply yet. I heard someone said usually they reply quickly within one hour or 2-4 hours, but why I still can't hear anything from them yet?
Usually the Customer Service team responds within an hour. This current 50% promotion has caused a massive overflow of customer service requests and the wait times for a response is over a day. Hang in there!
