I just want to change my plan. No matter how many times I log-in/out/in, it does not show any plans, or my current plan. I need to get this done today, and I’m not sure why I can’t just call someone in customer service and just talk to someone? It’s a telecommunications company for goodness sake. This is such a waste of my time. How do I get this sorted?

There was a post earlier today on the same issue, unable to plan change. Not sure if it is a site hiccup.
did you try another browsers or another computer?

but i did now try it in my computer is working 100%

you can try it for a different Browser
and clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and if you use a home internet please do one thing take it your power internet for about a minute and put it back, Restart your device is will help,
if you can't change your plan you have to Submit a ticket to a moderator.
