Multiple Phone Numbers on accounts – No:
It is 1 SIM CARD (phone number) per account, and one email per that account.
If you have multiple phones, use different emails…check out creating aliases here:

@Amanduhhxo Payment is not linked to the owner since this is a prepaid service. If you don't want to add your cc, you can always buy PM voucher from retail stores or gas station prior to renewal. Adding your cc will give $2 AutoPay credit.

@Amanduhhxo : No merging. But you can certainly use the same payment card for multiple accounts. Perhaps don't do multiple transactions on the same night.
