Hello, I recently helped a friend to public mobile, we have activated the SIM, credit card debited with subscription but their is no Network on the phone (only SOS), we couldn't get SMS code for final activation, done all trouble shootings.

@softech thanks for your response. We did try on 2 different phones but still not working and we have tried network settings.

no worry, it could be a sim provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM and you just need to engage them via messaging. here:
