Hi
I have created my Public mobile profile, and am trying to purchase a subscription plan. Once I choose the plan and try to log in, I get the message;
I heard that Public Mobile is out of service and is shutting down.
Please advise on how to proceed,

@Kora_Shannon yes , you can select either eSIM or physical sim to activate. Personally, I would choose physical sim as it 8d not as easy to swap devices with an eSIM. Also, eSIM is still new to PM, need to give it more time to make the eSIM system perfect

Thank you for reassuring in regards of PM not shutting down.
When you say app, there is an app on the mobile device that I download ans start the subscription process on the app.
Also, I have SIM, and I'm reading about e-Sim. If i make it and subscribe successfully, I will be able to use SIM instead of e-SIM?
I appreciate your prompt reply and help

You definitely need to download the app. I started my registration on a computer and when prompted to scan the QR code and download the app that's where the issues began. Finally got everything sorted out with the help of a CS agent.

@Kora_Shannon no worry, PM is not shutting down. Infact, they are pushing for new plans like 5G with good price
For your issue, if no rush, try again in the morning. And I strongly advise you to download the app and start the whole subscription process on the app, easier and less chance for errors
