Whenever the safe ID verification code is sent to my phone number, my number does not receive it

@Lenen let's see if the porting is completed before you try to login My Account

contact your old provider with your free phone number , plus if they receive your porting request and if they can take your verbal approval

thats a free number tho, and does not accept verification. I cant pass thru the 'confirm full access" step

@Lenen are you trying to port in a number to PM with activation? If so, you got a text on your old provider to approve the number transfer yet?

I am already at "Confirm for full access" using the phone number i registered but this number does not accept verification code. How do I change the number that i registered?

for "Confirm Full access" I cant  because my number is a free number it doesnt receive verfication code

The 2FA code is defaulted to send by text. Just it Resend Code and it will give you the option to get the 2FA code by email, calling or text.

You ca have the code sent by email.

Use the resend code option and select email.

Have you just signed up? Or have you been here a while? Had you previously set up the new login system?

Click on the resend code link to find other options. Hopefully the email option will show.
