My account tells me that I've used all my minutes, but I don't even have a minuted plan and it's supposed to have unlimited long distance calling in Canada. Can I get a hand?

I think it draws from any bonus minutes that they have given out and that is getting used. For example, I have 500 free long distance calling that was gifted to me but my plan already has unlimited. it just sits there until it gets used. perhaps the account is warning that your gifted minutes are used up?

I get that warning occasionally too. Just ignore and redial your call shortly...warning should go away by the next time you dial out.

The community is a public forum where customers / members like you ask questions and try to help one another out.
So, do your calls complete after receiving this message? If so, just ignore it, it should eventually go away.

@PeterY0 Log into your account is it active or on hold . You can dial *611 also to find out . That and have you tried rebooting the phone
