Hello,
I’m a new customer! When I signed up for your 3 month subscription my card was charged twice. I’m wondering if the overcharge can be refunded to me or what my options are?

@EmmagpIs one charge pending and the other has posted ? If so the pending charge should fall off . If both charges are posted please submit ticket with support

If you check on your bank account can you see if it was just a pending charge that will go away or if both are actually posted?
If they are posted contact customer service and explain the situation.

@Emmagp , is it possible that one of the charges might be pending and will drop off after a few days? If you see two confirmed charges, please use this link to initiate a support ticket.
