Hi.
I have a new phone. it's an android and it's a chinese phone.
The phone data worked just fine until today. I didn't tuch anything and it's not working now. I have the VPN all set up.
Do you have an idea what else it could be?

I guess it's time to find a new provider.
Ps everything works for me except the password reset, but I hadn't had to use it in a long time.

@Lenor1214, I assume the phone is connected to the network. Do you see a 3G or LTE symbol next to the signal strength notification. I suggest checking the APN settings to make sure they haven't changed.

Are you sure you haven't used up all your alotted data for the billing cycle? Especially since your data was working and suddenly not working.
