I got a Public Mobile account and the phone service and text are working okay but still saying that I have no data.

@RandyStephens what brand and model of phone you have?
do you see your phone connected on LTE (or 4G) network or 3G?
For data, usually it is an APN issue, start with clicking Reset all networks and it should usually resolve the problem

make sure data is Enabled in Settings.
What make / model is the phone ?
