I got no data on my phone, and no data usage is showing under my account

Not sure if you subscribed to a data plan. If you did, check the "overview" section in your PM account. Under "My Data & Add-ons" will show you how much data you have. There could be a possibility that you have used it all up which is why your internet isn't working.
You can also check to see if your data toggle is "on" in your settings as it might have been accidentally turned off (Usually go to Settings > Network/Cellular > Mobile data [make sure this is turned on])
If that isn't the issue, it could be the APN settings on your phone. If, beside your signal bar there isn't any "3G" showing- then it's your APN settings. Depending on the phone that you are using, (android or iOS) try one of the following:
Android:
Settings > More / More Networks / Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > New APN setting (or a plus sign)
iOS:
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network
Enter the following:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: Leave blank
Save and either turn your data toggle off and back on, or turn your device off and on. Hopefully this works for you!

If your plan has a data component and you don't see it listed under your add-ons then you've used it all.
There are some options but they cost money.
Edit: Or is it showing there but like 0 of 1024MB or something?
