My credit card was charged but no confirmation. Will the SIM card be shipped?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you didn't receive an email confirmation then contact a moderator by submitting a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

If the cc statement shows a deduct of $10.50 and also a credit of $10.50 then something is amiss. Try re-ordering the sim again....or get one at London Drugs.

@tyaklin You should get a shipping email when it is shipped. Did you check your spam folder? If you don't see your shipping email by monday. Contact a moderator and explain your situation. Use this private message link to contact them directly

Ask them for a replacement SIM card. Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing allows the process to continue.
If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

You should receive a confirmation email (with Canada Post tracking info) shortly.
