I am already in downtown, and we definitely have 5G signal coverage here. I verified this on its official website as well.

@UnAirdeBretagne It may well be an issue with porting in or provisioning your account. Give the porting help line a call (I'll message you the number) If that's not the issue contact customer service at the link below:

The texting is working fine, but there seems to be an issue with the calling. I can receive calls, but I can't hear what the other person is saying.

I have a s21 ultra as well with a 5g plan and I'm getting LTE+ at my current location. When I'm in other locations, I will have 5g so maybe you need to be near a 5g tower?

By the way, I just switched from Fido yesterday. I'm not sure if this has any impact.
