I purchased a new plan of $35 per month on August 29th at London Drugs. I saw that a promotion for an additional 2GBBONUS was avaiable for new activations till August 31st. Can i get this Promo redeemed?

Here's the terms how to get the promo...if you didn't activate on-line, you may not get it...but can't hurt to ask, huh ...

How to Get this Offer:

  2. Receive the promo code via email

maybe you can try to Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you,

@qhosui  Generally speak, No.  This Promotion is supposed to be online activation only and not instore.

 

However, it doesn't hurt to open a ticket with PM Customer Support Agent and ask .  I heard of some success in similar situation before.

Enter your question in SIMon. Follow the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button,
