Newbie...missing 250 monthly long-distance minutes

Hi,

Just joined under the $39/month 50GB 5G contract, but it is not showing the 250 monthly long-distance minutes on my subscription that were part of advertised deal.

Any ideas.....as stuck in the AI chat bot/community post circle of death.... perhaps there are some real humans at Public Mobile customer service.

I tried calling long distance and then that updated my allowance and showed the availability for the long distance minutes.  Awesome, thanks 🙏👍

not sure how the LD minutes will be shown on My Account, but did you try to make a calls to one of those countries?  if you can make it, then yes, the minutes are there

And if you cannot submit ticket by chatbot, submit by direct message instead.  Use this link:
