Hi since yesterday Oct 11, I am unable to use any data. Can you fix the issue as the issue still present today on Oct 12

You wouldn't be in BC by any chance? Read a few other post about slow or no speed and there all there. If you change to 3g or the slowest your phone can go you should have usable data and hopefully what ever problems there having out there will get fixed.

@moeghafoor hi, first did you sign into your account to verify the account status?
Things you can try. Turn airplane mode on and off.
Reset phone networks.
If non of those works, what type of phone you have?
