Don’t forget to enable AutoPay option to get $2/month credit.
Renewal is every 30 days not once a month.

Important to be "open minded" around here and to not get stressed out instantly when something doesn't look right! And NEVER log into your self serve around renewal time, that can lead to stress for certain!

There is no call centre. All customer service is done via comunication to moderator throught this forum. No extra charges or overages. Once you run out of data (ie.), it just stops working.

If you make international calls there are only certain countries included.
International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela
