I got an offer a few days ago via text ($35 per month 20gb 4G). I accepted the offer and got a text back saying I will be subscribed to same at next renewal. Renewal day is today (Sept 1), and my old plan was renewed for another month.
How can I get the new plan offered?????

It would be bad coding if the new plan is not loaded into the account as an impending change on renewal. I remember at one time the online accounts would do fund transfers based on the current plan prior to renewal and if the new plan was more expensive, renewal would fail due to insufficient funds. I see little mention of this these days although renewal failures have not been fully eradicated.

@will13am That doesn't surprise me actually. You may not see it ever. But if you have the text confirmation you're good. If anything goes wrong just send PM a message.

I accepted an SMS offer and got an acknowledgement of my acceptance of the offer. I thought that I would see the details of the upcoming renewal in my online account. There is no indication of any upcoming plan change. I have quite a bit of time to the next renewal. Maybe the bugs will be ironed out soon.

Knowing what I know about back ends of systems, the offer response likely just goes on a batch tape which needs to be loaded by renewal date to take effect. It was probably too close to the renewal date so it may not happen until the next one now. I'm surprised they would send the offer out so close to your renewal if they weren't able to process that batch in time though.
I would definitely message them to ask them to do it manually, effective your renewal date. And send a screenshot of your text response in the private message to @CS_Agent.

It may have missed the date and you may have to wait till the next cycle. But you can try and get a hold of a CS Agent who may be able to switch it but I don't think they can. But I could be wrong. Let's hope so.
How can you tell it wasn't applied yet? Did you check the app on your phone or website?
