There is a $24 deal right now for new subscribers. I'd love to upgrade my plan to this. Is there anyway I can do so even though I'm a current subscriber? I've been with Public for almost 5 years now and don't want to leave, but so want a bigger plan.

I have also sent in a ticket requesting a better deal that is offered for newbies $34 - 75GB Can/US/Mex a few days ago...
PM customer service rep Walter just responded back and asked for my cell number so he could help resolve this request to my satisfaction.....so it appears he may allow me to get the better deal....will let you know the result.

If they don't, there's always this plan, which if you take the 90-day version is pretty good data allotment for $34/month.

The plan is for new activations only.
But you can check your luck with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.

If the plan designates "for new activations only", then regrettably existing customers cannot, @Atmd
You can pursue your request with the customer support agents, if you wish, and maybe an empathetic one might move you to it on an IMMEDIATE basis request.
However don't expect them to.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
