There is a $24 deal right now for new subscribers. I'd love to upgrade my plan to this. Is there anyway I can do so even though I'm a current subscriber? I've been with Public for almost 5 years now and don't want to leave, but so want a bigger plan....
I'm still opted into the legacy rewards program and am saving $6 a month with loyalty and auto pay. Is there any advantage to joining Public Points instead? I'm pretty sure the legacy program is better but just wanted to check!
Is it possible to talk to anyone in customer service, like a real person over the phone? I can't find a support number anywhere.
I've been with Public for over 5 years now. I'm pretty sure I used to get bonus data for having my account set up on auto-pay - no longer. When did this change?
For the last two years I received a year end Data bonus and bonus minutes from Public. I was expecting it this year too but never received anything. Anyone else in the same boat? I miss my bonus!
