Hi,
I am a new subscriber but I don’t have the app to activate my account. I cannot download Public Mobile app on my iPhone 15 pro because my region is set different and I cannot change it. What is the alternative for e-sim activation? Is there a QR code that can be sent to my registered email ID for activation?

They may take up to 4 hours to reply so keep an eye on the Messages tab for notification when you click your avatar.

Not even CS Agent replying . Is it a common issue for Public Mobile. Immediately regretting the decision to switch to PM

what region is it set to ? You should be able to download the PM app from anywhere in Canada, I assume.

iPhone doesn’t allow to change region if one has active subscription like Apple Music, Apple TV, etc. and/or balance in Apple account. I don’t have anyone’s phone to download the app. Thank you for the reply.

That is strange that you can’t change the region. You can have a friend or family download the PM app and active the SIM.
Once activated, you can manage your account online and have your friend or family delete the app.
You can get a PM SIM from Amazon for $5 with faster shipping. It may take up to 3 weeks if ordered from PM or pick one up from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik for $10.

@PMSC-0 Can you use friends phone to download the app to activate , then you can manage account from website after that . But if you can’t download all or use friends phone to do so and you already paid support can help finish the activation for you
