Installed new sim into iPad mini and not able to use yet. Shows 4G full signal and still won’t connect. What am I doing wrong?

Now that you recieved the new PM sim card, have you gone on-line to activate it ?

You may want to verify the SIM card # is activated in your account and if it is registered properly in the PM database.

Try toggling off/on Airlane mode.
