@KKratna you are trying to link a new sim card to an existing account?

please try to use browser with Incognito mode on a desktop or laptop computer and try

if issue persists, open ticket with PM support and they can update it for you

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
