Hi.
Several problems.
1. My family has four accounts with Public Mobile. Myself, my wife, and my two daughters. I manage and pay for all four of the accounts.
2. I recently ordered a refurbished phone for one of my daughters. It arrived yesterday. The battery works very poorly. Goes from 80% to shutoff. Won’t charge properly. I need to return it for replacement.
3. When I attempt to log into my community account or my daughter’s community account, the credentials are rejected. (I’m currently using my other daughter’s account to type this note) So I can’t reach anybody in customer service about the phone problem or the credential problem.

1. CPO phones could be a hit or miss. Some people reported very good one while small number reported that there was issue. Which phone you got?
I suggest you to first returned this one first using it 30 days free refund. then you can buy another one again.

2. For your account issue. you have problem with the Community Account login? did you try reset password:
If still fails, you can try to open another ticket with PM to get that sorted out. Just a reminder, Community Account login and Self-Serve login/Password could be different. They are 2 different systems. .
