Hi 

We would like to suscribe to the new plan $21 offered for 3g data. I am an existing member and my current plan is not meeting my needs.  I want to switch to the new promo plan with the existing number.  I am going to also get my wife to sign up for public mobile $21 plan of 3g data. Please let us know how de can do it.  Thanks

The $21 3GB is available  for only new activations, your wife can get it, also, she can save if she signs in 90 days plan $57 9GB for 90 days.

for you, you need to port out to another provider, then port back in as a new customer.

Don’t forget to use your referral code when you sign your wife for the new account.

For existing members, you are left with the $29 plan with 10gb of data at 4G or the $19 plan with 1 gb of data at 4G. 
The $29 plan will be a better plan for your needs rather than the $19 plan plus purchasing data Add-on if you run out of the 1gb data.

You can sign up your wife on the $21 plan since she will be a new member. Remember to use your referral code when she activate her SIM.

hi @Mustafaalikhan new activation is ok for $21-3GB

but existing subscribers cam only get the $19-1GB.  Many asked support agent for that but as far as I understand, no exception

Hi, as you already know, that plan is for new customers only. If you sign into your account, there is a $19 4G plan that has 1 GB of data unlimited calling you can get. You can Change on Renewal.

Your family member if new to public mobile can create and email address  amd sign up for that plan.
