Getting my SIM last forever

I got a subscription online, it says I would get my SIM in 2 business days. This is the 9th business days since that and I haven't received anything from Public Mobile neither a message. I want to cancel my plan but now I can't get any agend that help me. What a terrible service

So you want to cancel before activating the SIM and keep the 2 SIMs?

@Danyjul  Have you managed to open a ticket with support and they haven't replied yet?  Their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time so it depends when you contacted them.  Make sure to check for replies at the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to check for Messages if you haven't already.  If you weren't able to submit a ticket using the chat icon then send a private message to customer service using this link

Usually they say to contact them if you haven't received the sim in 10 business days.  They may suggest to buy one at a Telus/Koodo store and then give you a credit for the $10 cost.

Sadly that is misinformation given to you. They start the process within 2 business days. You don't actually get it in 2 business days. It can take up to 3 weeks to get it by Canada post. So it's just a waiting game. If you don't wish to wait any longer, the two options you have are...

If you pay anything out of pocket for the SIM card, you can create a ticket to a CS Agent and they can refund the purchase price to your account as an account credit. Please note they are not able to refund the taxes.

Furthermore, this is a self serve service. I'm sure you did your due diligence before you signed up??
