The loyalty data works at the speed of the account you have. If you have 3G it will run at 3G speeds. 4G will run at 4G speeds and finally 5G will run at 5G speeds. If you are using the loyalty data, there should be now throttled speeds. You should be getting your regular speeds. You may need to reboot your phone which can be an easy solution. Or the other thing is there could be network issues in your area and it's just a coincidence.

yes @Aperkes , it is a bit confusing with the unlimited throttled data and when you have loyalty bonus. You will have to check with Support agent .
Please submit ticket using Chatbot. Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
