Hi I’ve been public mobile customer for three years now and I’m looking for a loyalty plan now how can I get help?

I'd been using $120/90days (12gb) for 2-3 years and just switched to the new plan;

Hi Sammaa;

While Public Mobile does not have a traditional loyalty plan, but they do offer a few ways for customers to save money over time.

  • Loyalty Rewards: All Public Mobile customers are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards program. For every 30 days that you remain an active customer, you will earn a Loyalty Reward. The amount of your Loyalty Reward depends on how long you have been a customer. The longer you have been a customer, the higher your Loyalty Reward will be.
  • Public Points: Public Points is a new rewards program that was launched in 2022. Customers can earn Public Points by spending money on their plan, by referring friends, and by participating in community activities. Public Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including discounts on your plan, gift cards, and merchandise.
  • Promotions and discounts: Public Mobile often offers promotions and discounts to its customers. These promotions can include things like discounted plans, free data, and referral bonuses.

You can also always see what promotions and discounts are currently available by continuing to visit the Public Mobile  Community forums as reps and customer continuously post the latest deals to be found.  I hope that helps you!

what loyalty plan you are talking about?  If loyalty rewards, are you getting it already?

if you meant those text promotion plan, they are targeted offer only.  Not everyone has that
