- Loyalty Rewards: All Public Mobile customers are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards program. For every 30 days that you remain an active customer, you will earn a Loyalty Reward. The amount of your Loyalty Reward depends on how long you have been a customer. The longer you have been a customer, the higher your Loyalty Reward will be.
- Public Points: Public Points is a new rewards program that was launched in 2022. Customers can earn Public Points by spending money on their plan, by referring friends, and by participating in community activities. Public Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including discounts on your plan, gift cards, and merchandise.
- Promotions and discounts: Public Mobile often offers promotions and discounts to its customers. These promotions can include things like discounted plans, free data, and referral bonuses.
