Why can't I change my subscription to any subscription type? It only give me 2 lower options?

did you change to ALL to un-filter the plan?
but there have been some posts about that. Try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to check Change Subscription again

On your account go to the subscription and add-on’s tab, hit change subscription, and make sure you have selected to display all at the top of the page.
