Did you reply to the text offer? It was a great idea but I haven't heard that it worked for anyone. So just set it up manually for your next renewal.

If your still not satisfied, and want to be 100%, try reaching out to one of the Team members or moderators. They should be able to help you confirm. IM switching to this plan in a few days, so ill no doubt be doing the same thing you are lol.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

think that you can activate your new plan immediately—-
when one switches plans they do have the option of the new plan starting immediately or at the next renewal date.

@Gabemelanson very likely just a browser cache issue.
Please login using Incognito mode again and it should show you the correct plan

Log into self service but clear your browser cache and history and then open a new browser window in incognito.
